Meeting on zoning the area to protect the Phja Thang Cave archaeological site in Tan Doan commune, Van Quan district
On the afternoon of December 26th, 2022, Lang Son Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting on zoning the area to protect the Phja Thang Cave archaeological site in Tan Doan commune, Van Quan district in Lang Son Geopark. Attending and chairing the meeting was Mr. Phan Van Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Representative of Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Representatives of Agencies in Van Quan district: Culture and Information Division, Natural Resources and Environment Division, Vice Chairwoman of Tan Doan Commune People's Committee; Culture and Family Management Division, Management Board of Lang Son Geopark, the Provincial Museum (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism); Map surveying consulting unit.

At the meeting, the consulting unit briefly introduced the contents related to the zoning of the site protection area; the participants agreed to propose a plan to zone the protected area of Phja Thang Cave Archaeological site in Tan Doan commune, Van Quan district, including the road along the mountain or the road through the fields of households to the Phja Thang Cave archaeological site, the parking lot and the proposed construction place of the Site Management Board on the planning map.
The meeting on zoning the area to protect the Phja Thang Cave archaeological site in Tan Doan commune, Van Quan district took place successfully, contributing to the completion of the scientific profile of the site to submit for the national ranking of site Phja Thang Cave archaeological site.
