LANG SON GEOPARK CUISINE
With a rich cultural heritage of the Tay, Nung, Dao, and Kinh ethnic groups, Lang Son Geopark presents a colorful and unified cultural mosaic. It is a land of seasonal specialties, offering a variety of flavorful local dishes. Lang Son Geopark's cuisine is abundant and diverse, featuring distinctive dishes such as roasted pork, roasted duck with clausena indica leaves, khau nhục (braised pork belly), and sour noodles. It also boasts a variety of vegetables. Traditional cakes include black sticky rice and wormwood cake. Regarding drinks, Mau Son wine is renowned, distilled by using traditional methods passed down through generations by the highland ethnic communities of Mau Son. Each dish carries the unique flavors of the region.
