Lang Son province strengthens international integration and cooperation, actively participati in the  activities of UNESCO Global Geoparks Network, the Global Geoparks Network in the Asia-Pacific region, Viet Nam Global Geoparks Network, acquiring experience in building and developing Lang Son Geopark, completing the dossier to submit to UNESCO for recognition of a Global Geopark.

In 2022, the Provincial Delegation conducted a field trip to Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark, Non Nuoc Cao Bang UNESCO Global Geopark and signed a cooperation agreement, Lang Son province's delegation attending the 7^th International Symposium on Asia-Pacific Geoparks held in UNESCO Satun Global Geopark, Thailand; attending the 20^th International Symposium on Volcanic Caves in Dak Nong Province; taking part in Training course on knowledge in the field of culture, tourism; building and developing Geoparks in France; working with Management Boards of UNESCO Global Geoparks and foreign partners to introduce, promote and cooperate in building and developing Lang Son Geopark, exchanging and learning experiences to complete the Dossier to submit to UNESCO for recognition of a Global Geopark.

Strengthening international integration and cooperation in order to connect and promote Lang Son Geopark to international friends, learning experience in building and effectively developing the Geopark, realizing the project's of establishing, building  and developing Lang Son Geopark in the period of 2021 - 2025 promulgated together with Decision No.2386/QĐ-UBND of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province dated December 8^th, 2021. Lang Son Geopark will step by step affirm the value of the Geo-Heritage and realizing the goal of being recognized as a Global Geopark by UNESCO in accordance with the proposed roadmap, contributing to the socio-economic development in Lang Son Geopark area in a sustainable way.
